John P. PLOW, O.D.
Dr. John P. Plow, a Rochester native, has been practicing in Horseheads for over 8 years of his 13 year career. Dr. Plow received his Doctor of Optometry degree from The State University of New York College of Optometry in Manhattan in 1996. Dr. Plow lives in Big Flats with his wife Julie and sons Jacob and Nicholas. Dr. Plow is a member of the American Optometric Association, the New York State Optometric Association and the Southern Tier Optometric Association.
